Man sentenced following Milton Keynes robbery

Ahmed Ismail, aged 26, of no fixed abode, was convicted and sentenced at Aylesbury Crown Court on Monday 16 May after pleading guilty to a count of robbery.

The court heard that on March 18, the victim, a man aged in his 50s, was robbed by Ismail at his property in Currier Drive, Milton Keynes.

Ismail punched the victim and threatened him with a knife before taking his bank card, a mobile phone and laptop computer.
